ZGP exists as a not-for-profit organisation that was established in August 1999 with the objective of producing gospel music for artistes in the UK. We also aim to promote gospel music throughout the UK whilst engaging members of the public both young and old and from multiple backgrounds in community music projects that are co-funded by Zoe Record and Grant bodies.
Our Current Projects are:
Vocal Aspiration – Funded by the Olympic Lottery Distributor and managed by ELBA
This is a Music Project to celebrate The Olympic and Paralympics Games coming to London. We worked in 5 Host Borough Primary and Secondary schools to conduct a series of creative workshops to learn vocal skills and song writing. The participants have joined together to create an Olympic song that exemplifies the get set values. We then put live showcases to perform to the general public and record the songs to make available for purchase on the Grand Finale Showcase.click to launch site
